Pro Barista Tip for Best Results
Hold the steam wand at a slight angle, positioned off-center towards the nine o'clock position, about half an inch below the surface of the milk. Turn the steam to full power to create a strong whirlpool and, for the first few seconds, lower the pitcher slightly in order to stretch the milk before submerging it to obtain microfoam. Clean the wand immediately after each use.
