3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars ($USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized resale. Payment is processed securely via our payment gateways; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

All orders, returns, and fitment claims are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. By placing an order, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to our 20% restocking fee, outbound shipping deductions, and return authorization requirements for non-defective returns.

3A. Shipping, Taxes & Export Restrictions

Orders are fulfilled to US addresses with promotional standard shipping. We reserve the right to verify delivery addresses and decline orders to restricted destinations or P.O. Boxes where carrier delivery is unavailable. Where we are required by law to collect US state or local sales tax, it will be calculated and added at checkout. Import duties and customs clearance charges on US deliveries are paid by us; you will not be asked to pay them on delivery. By placing an order, you agree to comply with all applicable US export and sanctions regulations.

4. Product Information & Compatibility

We make every effort to display product specifications, OEM cross-references, and compatibility data accurately. However, vehicle and equipment manufacturers frequently alter parts during production runs. Compatibility lists serve as a general guide; buyers are responsible for verifying their original equipment (OEM) part numbers prior to purchase. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors or pricing inaccuracies without prior notice.

5. DIY Installation & Technical Disclaimer

Replacement parts sold by PartFixLab are intended for installation by individuals with appropriate technical aptitude or qualified technicians. PartFixLab is not liable for any direct or indirect damage, personal injury, tool damage, or equipment failure resulting from improper installation, diagnostic errors, or modification of parts.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, schematics, and software — is the property of PartFixLab or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PartFixLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including labor costs, tow fees, or machine downtime) arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the specific product in question.
