How to Use
- Grind: Put the dosing cup into the Breville grinder cradle until the two lugs click together and then start the grinding process.
- Transfer: Put the 54mm portafilter down on the dosing cup with the 54mm portafilter upside down.
- Invert: Turn both of them over at the same time so that the coffee grounds drop straight into the filter basket.
- Distribute and tamp: Take out the cup, use a WDT tool or distributor to level it, tamp it and then pull the shot.
